For families there can surely be few better locations, excellent transport links from Woking train station (London Waterloo fast train in under 25 minutes), easy access to The City, south coast and international airports at Heathrow and Gatwick, not to mention outstanding state and private schooling such as St Andrews, Woking High School and Halstead School for Girls within very close proximity. The delightful villages of Horsell and Chobham are just minutes away providing an array of boutiques, local pubs and restaurants.

If you are looking for a long term family home in a great location with fantastic amenities within easy reach then this is a must see property.

The Owner's thoughts....

We love the downstairs layout, the open plan works perfectly for family life with its separation of space for different purposes.

With the glass doors open the garden feels like an extension of the house. It’s a wonderful space for entertaining and we have enjoyed many a party.

With four good sized bedrooms and a separate study and living room, there is space to be alone and together.

Initially drawn to the street for the children to be able to walk to school, there is a pathway at the end which is one of many (all marked clearly with signposts) linking throughout Horsell meaning you don’t have to use the main roads while on bike or foot.

Living surrounded by nature and waking to the sound of birdsong you can imagine you are living in the middle of nowhere and yet from Woking station be in London within 23 minutes. Truly the best of both worlds.

Daily walks with the dogs inevitably end up enjoying a coffee and cake at Heather Farm Cafe, a walkers haven just a few minutes away on foot set amongst the 880 acres of Horsell Common.

The thriving village is also a wonderful part of life in Horsell with a wide choice of gastro pubs, cafes, traditional butcher, baker and greengrocers.

The street is really friendly and has a wonderful sense of community, the neighbours are all lovely with families young and old.
